Channel Weave Poles

Does anyone have any feedback on channel weave poles. Ralph is not that fast in the poles and I am trying to speed him up. He has worked on channel weaves in classes. They have a set there with the poles separated about 5 inches. He loves those poles and runs through them. I wasn't sure if the channel weaves were something to purse for picking up his speed on the poles. I don't have a set of my own, did order one, and then cancelled it. Ralph does do the one foot dance in the poles, but occasionally get his feet mixed up.

Could you please videotape Ralph doing a regular set of poles and a channel set for me to see.

I put the regular poles on the video I just uploaded. I will try to get the channels tomorrow night, but I am not sure if the camera will pick it up because the light is not really good, but I will give it a try.
