Steeplechase R2

Round 2 was again a challenging set of angles. I lost time when I was out of position and in Baileys path to the poles. The two jumps after the poles required attention, then the angle of the two jumps after the broad jump. I was hustling to get ahead for the next section because coming over the jump after the triple, I knew Bailey would land looking at the off course AF and tunnel. I handled it on the fly and lost a lot of time, but  I am looking forward to seeing how my classmates handled it. Very few 26" dogs made it though without taking bars down so even though we lost time, running clean paid off.

Re: Steeplechase R2

Jean,

Your link to the video doesn't work for me, ;-(.. dang!

Like I said, I didn't get to watch STP Rd.2 or run it with either of my dogs, ;-(.. I scratched from Rd.2 due to a conflict with Advanced Standard in the other ring.. and so did Tim and Gina.

I'd love to see the video of you and Alicia in Rd.2. I think you and her are the only TNT folks who ran it, but there are no videos of Rd.2 on AVS for some reason..

But nevertheless, the main point is :: RUNNING CLEAN ALWAYS PAYS OFF.. & RUNNING FAST AND CLEAN PAYS OFF EVEN MORE, ;-)..

Congrats for the millions time,

Olga.
