Freddie's first Show-n-go

This past Sunday Freddie and I went to a local show-n-go, where we entered 6 runs: 2 rounds each of jumpers and standard, and 1 round of snooker and gamblers. This was the first full course work we've done, and I was really excited to see how it would all come together (or not). My husband Matt was sweet and agreed to come and video our runs so I could see how we did. Poor thing, he didn't know he was signing up for 4 hours to tape 9 minutes...
I couldn't believe how nervous I was before the first round, but once that first one was over, I was fine. We didn't get through any of the courses without issues. Watching the videos is kind of brutal, to see (and count) how many times I didn't follow through with the foundation work we've been training. No, I SWEAR we held that contact for 3 seconds....ooops, maybe not? Sorry Olga......
All that aside, Freddie did a good job, and I do think there were a lot of good things in the runs, too. I will definitely learn from watching the video (over and over and over....at certain spots I just want to fast forward......). I hope there is another show-n-go soon so we can try again.
I'm working on getting the video uploaded....I've gotten it to my computer, and put the jumpers runs together as one file, but the format isn't uploading. The software we have apparently doesn't save in a format that can upload. I'll figure it out .....

Re: Freddie's first Show-n-go
Congrats Becky & Freddie! Can't wait to see the video.
Usually the editing programs have a "save as" option that allows you to save it in a usable format.

Thanks Wendy. It really was a lot of fun.

I think we figured out the upload thing. I'm ready to post the jumpers runs, and will work on the others tomorrow.
