Jaldi Training Update

It's been a long time since I was online. I haven't had as much time for agility the last few months as I would like, but we're still working on our contacts as much as possible. We were able to go to a USDAA trial this past weekend and I'm happy to report that Jaldi hit all of her dogwalk contacts (only 2, but 100% success) and most of her Aframe contacts. She also performed nice teeters. We need more work on weaves. She qualified on her PVP team and had an awesome Snooker run and did a really hard (for her) gamble. I feel like we are really starting to be a team.

Wrinkles Running Contacts

Well, with all the contact talk going on, I've been re-thinking Wrinkles' contacts. After going to the field with Jean, I've decided to teach a running contact from our present 2o2o. I started yesterday on the aframe with some hoops and got some videos today. I don't really know much more than putting the hoops down to get him to duck his head and hit the yellow. Here's the video and I'd love to hear feedback. Please let me know if the hoops should be moved up or down more or taller or shorter or w.e. Thanks!

Teeter Woes

Dusty's last trial was a New Years Eve weekend NADAC trial, and it was pretty much a bust. He grew more adrenalized with each successive run. His startline stay was totally gone by the 12th run on Sunday. However, even more disheartening was the reappearance of a contact issue--this time the teeter.
