Here in this video we have pre competition Freddy working on his Aframe and at the same time staying at the start line. 

Here is Freddy working on his own Exercise #5 in Lesson 10. 

In this video Freddy is being trained to run to the end of the See-Saw and hold on for dear life. 

Baby dog Freddy gets introduced to a serpentine. Olga has Becky break the serpentine down into 2 parts, so Freddy can understand the movement required.

In this video lesson, Freddy and Becky work on the seesaw. At this point in time, Freddy is not doing a full seesaw. They work on the end point and also try putting it together.  You get to see part of how Olga trains the teeter. 

In this lesson Freddy works the triple, as in the previous video. But there biggest issue at the moment is distraction. Olga then discusses it all in detail.

When she starts talking about "the turn" she is referring to Becky and Freddy walking back to the start position and they do a turn at that point.
