Perfect timing for this exercise. I have recently started working on "quick releases" for Baileys contacts. I have gotten differing opinions on how to best to do this. I think going back and forth, between waiting for a count of 2 before releasing and releasing as soon as he hits the yellow in the same session will keep him on his toes. He has a clear understanding of the 2o2o position. My friend suggested I hold for the count in practice and quick release in trials.

If anyone has gone through this, I would appreciate some feedback.
