This brings up the question I posted on the forum. My game plan would have been to work on pinwheels from a distance with Kody but I am getting the impression you think it would be better to just continue to run with him. Same may apply to the lead out issue we had earlier?

Haven't read the forum question yet, but yes, you are getting the right impression, ;-)..
See, Jean, "working" on the distance pinwheels and leadouts is different then just asking Kody to fess up and do it. I watch your video and reply to what I see. Kody was overfaced with the distance you asked from him in the exercise and tried to come into you. Just pushing him out isn't going to teach him to be comfortable with distance. Go ahead and work on his distance using this exercise and post a video. I'll help you with that, don't worry. But if it's "short and sweet", then you've got to support the dog. Same with leadouts.
