What a diffrence a day makes. Kody had 2 good runs yesterday and then we had an issue with the weaves. I probably drove out from the tunnel yesterday but had to think about it today.

I can't stop smiling watching Kody go forward without any reservations. Never mind that he had a little problem with the weave poles.. he went all the way to the jump which is much further then the poles.. and took it!
You should go back and watch Kody's videos from a while back and rejoice at yours and his progress. Complete makeover!
Now, once you've got the dog to send away from you, it takes a bit of practice and figuring out the timing to direct him at a distance..
P.S.: I also really liked Kody's weave poles performance.. once he got into them correctly, ;-)..

And all because you told me not to let him lag behind when out for walks. Such a little thing has made a big difference. I have always done distance exercises with him but his default behavior has been to be at or just behind my knee away from agility. He still wants to lag but I dont let him and it has transfered to agility.
